We Never: We ALWAYS:
| X | Provide a mobile as our only contact number. | Provide a land-line number, a mobile number and our address so that our customers can contact us. | |
| X | Demand to be paid in full up front. | For larger jobs we will require an initial deposit for materials, but always agree stage payments with the customer prior to starting work. | |
| X | Provide a quote without visiting the job site. | View a job and discuss customer requirements, prior to providing a quote to ensure that a realistic price is given. | |
| X | Provide an estimate only. | Provide a written quote for the job which can be hand delivered or emailed. | |
| X | Leave a job unfinished or without clearing the site. | We only leave a job when it has been completed and ensure that the site is completed cleared* | |
| X | Use unsuitable materials or poor quality materials to ensure our quotes are competitive. | Use quality materials that are suitable for each individual job. We always search for the best prices for materials but will not compromise on quality and always use materials that will last. | |
| X | Provide quotes that are unrealistically cheap and then surprise our customers with hidden extras at the end of the job. | Provide realistic quotes. Should additional works arise throughout the course of a job (to solve existing issues or because the customer has requested additional works) the customer will be advised immediately and any extra cost will be discussed and agreed to prior to. any other work being carried out. |
